Amy and Medusa

CYCLODELIC was founded by London College of Fashion graduate and cyclist Amy Fleuriot in 2006. Cycling to and from her university lectures, Amy felt frustrated with the lack of products available for female cyclists. Seeing the opportunity to marry her design experience with her love of all things bicycle and an ongoing interest for ethical design, Amy dedicated the rest of her time at university to developing CYCLODELIC accessories.

In April 2009 CYCLODELIC hit the headlines worldwide with its pop up concession in Topshop's flagship store on Oxford Street, making it the first women's specific cycling range to be sold in a mainstream fashion store in the UK. The lines signature combination of feminine tailoring, sophisticated colour palettes and fashion led styling standing out from traditional bicycle gear.

Graduating with First Class Honors Amy has taken CYCLODELIC from strength to strength making it to the final of the prestigious O2 X Awards and introducing the brands first line of women's performance clothing in September 2009. Today CYCLODELIC continues to create tailored performance pieces that are designed to flatter women of all sizes who don't want to forfeit fashion over function when arriving by bike.
